FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Clarity to move forward.
See how the initial response, qualification, and routing of opportunities to the salesperson work.
01. What is Managed. Sales Development?
It is an operation focused on handling and qualifying the leads that come to your company. The team conducts the initial conversation, understands the prospect’s needs, and identifies which opportunities can move forward to sales.
02. What is the service and qualification methodology?
We start from the origin of the interest, the customer profile, and intent signals. We define discovery questions, acceptance and disqualification criteria, and a common playbook for the contracted channels. People lead the conversations, while data, technology, and AI support organization and preparation. The history is recorded in the CRM.
The cadence of follow-ups and the tracking of contacts who are not yet ready are adjusted based on the entry context, the response window, and the scope. Before forwarding the opportunity, we gather the information the salesperson needs to keep the process moving.
03. What conversion rate can I expect?
The rate depends on the origin and quality of the leads, the offer, the response time, and the qualification criteria. We monitor the progress of the service until acceptance by the sales team, broken down by channel and period. Goals are defined specifically for your operation, with no universal guaranteed rate.
04. What is the difference between Managed. Sales Development and lead generation?
Lead generation attracts interested people. Managed. Sales Development acts after that, answering contacts, understanding their needs, and identifying which ones have real purchasing potential.
05. How do you define if a lead is qualified?
We define with your company the ideal customer profile and the criteria that indicate a good opportunity. Then, we use structured questions to evaluate each contact consistently.
06. Does the salesperson receive all contacts?
No. They receive the opportunities that present purchasing potential according to the defined criteria.
07. What happens to those who aren't ready to buy yet?
The information is recorded in the system, allowing your company to track these contacts and define the next steps.
08. Does the salesperson receive the interaction history?
Yes. The conversation history follows the opportunity, providing context on interest, needs, and points raised.
09. Does the knowledge stay with my company?
Yes. The questions, criteria, and operational learnings are recorded and can be incorporated into your team’s routine.
10. What is the response time and which channels are supported?
The first-response benchmark is up to five minutes, within the agreed service window and channels. Coverage may include forms, email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media. Hours, time zones, capacity, and applicable deadlines are defined in the proposal and recorded in the operation.
11. Is there a minimum contact volume for the operation to make sense?
The document uses 500 contacts per month as a baseline for one dedicated person. During the assessment, we evaluate volume, complexity, and necessary coverage. When a dedicated operation is not justified, we recommend a structure more appropriate to the context.
12. Do you use our CRM or yours?
The operation can use your company’s environment or the structure defined for the project. We combine access, records, and integration before starting. If the CRM needs configuration, this work is handled during service preparation.
