Which Managed solution fits your operation?

Partner Hunter or Partner Vendor?

Partner Hunter recruits and qualifies companies for your partner network; your company approves and formalizes each partnership. Partner Vendor prospects end buyers and delivers opportunities to the network; the partner negotiates and closes.

Business Development or Sales Development?

Business Development starts conversations with new accounts through outbound prospecting. Sales Development responds to and qualifies interest already reaching your company. In both, your team receives context to advance negotiations.

Sales Development or Lead Recovery?

Sales Development handles incoming contacts in the current pipeline. Lead Recovery re-engages stalled leads and opportunities, using their history and the reasons conversations stopped.

When should you choose Sales Representative or Events?

Sales Representative provides a dedicated salesperson to develop markets and manage negotiations through closing, within agreed authority. Events focuses commercial activity before, during and after events, qualifying contacts and following up.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

01. How do Managed solutions work?

Digital Selling transforms the understanding of your business and buying markets into managed commercial execution. People drive outreach and relationships, supported by commercial intelligence, processes, data, technology, and management. Each solution meets a specific need, with agreed-upon scope and responsibilities.

Yes. Each solution can be contracted individually or combined with others, according to your company's objectives, structure, and current stage. Contracting a Managed solution includes the scope defined in the proposal; other solutions and portfolio lines can be added whenever they make sense for the project.

We start from two perspectives: your business and the buyers you want to reach. We understand your goals, offering, markets, ideal customer profile, buying journey, processes, and current structure. This diagnosis guides the solution, channels, and method, tailored to outbound prospecting, inbound interest, lead recovery, partners, sales, or events.

We act as an extension of your company, with responsibilities, routines, communication, and KPIs defined from the start. Your team provides knowledge, materials, access, and point persons; approves audiences, messages, rules, and decision thresholds; and provides feedback on opportunities. In channel projects, we also align partner rules and feedback loops.

We monitor operations in the CRM, with weekly reports and a monthly results review meeting. The client portal gathers project files and documentation. If results fall short, we review the ideal customer profile, lists, messaging, and qualification criteria to identify root causes and adjust execution. When a professional's performance drops below 70% of the meeting and approved opportunity targets, your company or Digital Selling may request a replacement, subject to project terms. These commitments do not constitute a guarantee of sales or revenue. Targets, delivery criteria, and responsibilities are defined in the proposal and contract.

All Managed solutions feature an execution and support team comprised of professionals hired by Digital Selling, working locally in the project's country. In addition to the professional responsible for the sales front, the operation includes Commercial Intelligence for research and data quality, Sales Operations to organize processes, tools, and metrics, and a Sales Leader to guide strategy and develop the team. Team sizing is defined in the contracted scope. Management includes daily and weekly monitoring, one-on-one meetings, and training. During vacations, we allocate coverage; in the event of departures, we handle replacement while preserving the playbook and CRM history. Performance and replacement criteria are formalized in the project.

Implementation takes place during the first four weeks of the project, with no separate charge within the contracted scope. During this period, we align objectives, ideal customer profile, qualification criteria, lists, messages, channels, and CRM. The team is trained using the materials and individuals indicated by your company. Knowledge about the solution, arguments, and objection handling are recorded in the playbook delivered at the end of this stage. The schedule accounts for the necessary materials, accesses, and approvals.

In all Managed solutions, people drive business relationships, evaluate the context of conversations, and are accountable for decisions. Data, technology, AI, and automation support research, preparation, organization, and continuous learning, under team supervision. The application of these resources follows the context and rules of each project. This support does not automatically transform the contract into a standalone AI line offering.

The allocated team presents itself as part of your company in market contacts, using the agreed-upon brand, identity, and messaging. In channel projects, we also define how the hiring company and partners will be represented. This operating model on behalf of the client is known as white label.

The allocated team's structure includes a laptop, headphones, and a SIM card for corporate WhatsApp, as well as remote access, antivirus, and a productivity suite. The operation relies on prospecting tools, CRM, data enrichment, communication, and AI, according to the contracted scope. When we use Digital Selling's CRM, the license is included. The proposal details the resources, usage limits, and consumption costs, such as WhatsApp messages and additional services.

We can operate within your company's CRM or Digital Selling's, with agreed-upon access, integrations, and information transfer. For emails, you can use your company's domain or a project-specific domain. When using your own domain, your team grants access and configures email authentication with guidance from Digital Selling. Broader system implementation or redesign projects are scoped under Advisory & Tech.

We do not work with direct competitors of active clients. The definition of a direct competitor is agreed upon at the start of the project, by segment and offering, and recorded in writing. This does not mean exclusivity over an entire sector. When we work with companies in the same market that are not direct competitors, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and access controls protect the data and information of each operation.

The operation takes into account the origin of the data, the context of use, the identification of interlocutors, preferences, and do-not-contact lists. Channels, tools, and procedures are aligned with the project leads. The use of a tool does not imply unrestricted authorization to approach any contact on any channel.

These fronts are optional and require specific contracting. Paid media, content production, newsletters, and marketing automation are not assumed in every Managed solution. When recommended, we define deliverables, resources, responsibilities, and investment in the proposal.

When applicable, variable compensation is tied to the milestone of the contracted solution, such as an approved opportunity, activated partner, or sale. The proposal defines the event that triggers billing, the amount or percentage, and the acceptance criteria. Approval is performed by your team and recorded in the CRM; rejected items are returned with a reason and are not billed. Attribution rules cover deals originated by the operation for up to 180 days after the handoff, according to the contracted terms.

The investment is presented via a proposal, according to the solution, capacity, and scope. The reference for Managed solutions is a minimum period of three months, monthly renewal, and a 60-day notice period. Events has a reference period of one month and a 30-day notice, aligned with preparation and post-event phases. The applicable conditions are confirmed in the proposal and contract.

Yes. The sizing can be reviewed via an addendum, adjusting positions, capacity, investment, goals, and responsibilities. Change planning takes into account the continuity of the operation and commitments already assumed.

Yes, under agreed conditions. Internalization requires a 60-day prior notice and an amount equivalent to one monthly fee of the solution, with eligibility and transition formalized. Access to the knowledge, processes, and learnings of the operation does not depend on hiring the professional.

The transition includes playbooks, manuals, and worked and enriched leads. Delivery is scheduled within up to 30 days, followed by the subsequent deletion of the files by Digital Selling within 30 days, subject to applicable retentions. Formats, milestones, owners, and the handling of do-not-contact records are defined upon formalizing the termination.

Yes. The operation includes data enrichment credits. These credits are used to access contact emails and phone numbers and perform complete record enrichment. The enrichment of other databases from your company, outside the scope of the operation, is charged separately per additional credit. Conditions of use are detailed in the proposal.

Yes. Operations across different countries and languages are available for all Managed solutions. The operation can be conducted in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with professionals and approaches tailored to the local context. The countries, languages, audiences, and responsibilities for each operation are defined in the project scope.

Across all Managed solutions, we require your team's participation in initial alignment, sharing knowledge and materials, approvals, and providing feedback on opportunities and results. Time commitment varies depending on the solution, project phase, and contracted scope. We align the responsibilities, meeting frequency, and turnaround times at the start of the project so the operation evolves through execution insights.

No. The contracting is done directly by the companies that will use the operation. We act on behalf of the contracting company, using its brand, its identity, and the agreed-upon messaging. For agencies, Digital Selling offers a referral program.
